FOOD EVALUTION 

Every diet is unique to the individual, therefore making sure meals are catered to your liking is important. Upon introduction, you will be given a short food questionnaire in order to better understand any dietary restrictions and/or food preferences you may have.

MENU PLANNING

Following the food evaluation, a menu will be created catered to any cuisine and/or dietary preference. It will then be sent to you via email to review. All menus can be adjusted to make sure you are satisfied.

GROCERY SHOPPING

Washington is a wonderful State that provides fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients. Grocery shopping will be done the day of service to ensure quality and freshness. 

MEAL PREPARATION

Once a menu is agreed upon and grocery shopping has been done, it is time for the best part of the day! All meals will be prepared and stored in labeled containers within your fridge.

KITCHEN CLEAN UP 

After the meal preparation, the kitchen will be left spotless. All dishes and surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized. Floors will be swept and garbage will be disposed of.
